Kitchen Sink Paleo Lunch

- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 small/medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp, Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or more, taste and see!)
- salt and pepper to taste
- avocado, mashed
- Heat onion, garlic, s&p, and turkey in a pan on medium high until turkey is cooked through and onions have softened
- Add tomatoes and hot sauce, let simmer 5 minutes
- Taste to adjust hot sauce and s&p
- Top each bowl with half a mashed avocado - stir well before eating
I use a half a mashed avocado per bowl, so depending on how many bowls you make out of this - adjust number of avocados.
