Celebrate National Kale Day everyday with this blast of flavor!

Serves: 3-4
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts (or walnuts or cashews)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of packed kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 3 Tbsp. of olive oil
  • generous pinch of salt and pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  1. Combine everything in food processor or mini chopper and pulse a few times.
  2. Scrape down sides and pulse again until you reach desired consistency
  3. Slather over seafood, pasta, sauteed veggies.... the possibilities are nearly endless!
